Important general info on holiday breaks and understanding operations in our timeshare resorts.

Timeshare Resorts offer the most cost effective Holiday accommodation for families due to their fully self-catering facilities.

The Resorts also have more facilities for families than your average hotel, introducing value and making your deserved break loads of fun for mom, dad and the kids!

Reservation options are generally Monday – Friday or Monday – Friday.

Your savings: Cost indicated is per chalet for the full stay (unlike hotels, who charge per person/room per night).

Understanding timeshare terms:
1br/4sl = 1 bedroom (sleeps 2 adults) and 2 children on the couch.
2br/6sl = 2 bedrooms (sleeps 4 adults), 2 children on the couch etc.

PRICING:

It is important to note that pricing varies for timeshare rentals, from resort to resort. There is no fixed fee.

Pricing is determined by our clients’ request for the use of their timeshare, their levies payable, the number of rooms, how many it sleeps, facilities at the resort and the resort grading. We guide our clients to the best of our ability.

How timeshare works:

  • Timeshare units generally run Friday – Monday or Monday – Friday. (This is not optional and may not be changed).
  • Some resorts DO NOT allow the client to split the weeks in Peak times which means we sell the full week (7 nights) on behalf of our client.
  • The difference between a hotel booking and a timeshare resort booking is that generally hotels charge PER PERSON.
  • When you are reserving timeshare, you reserve the “unit/chalet” at one price for the full stay which includes the number of people permitted in the chalet.
  • The price you see on our page is the full price for the number of people indicated for the full stay.
  • In the event it’s a 6 sleeper unit, you may not take 7 people – this will institute a fine you will be obligated to pay.
  • Timeshare / resort units do not include any meals or drinks in their pricing and are mostly fully or partially self catering.
  • Resorts are more geared towards family orientated holiday options as oppose to being cooped up in a hotel, mostly with fun activities for kids.
  • What to bring for your timeshare holiday: Yourselves, your clothing, your food and drinks. (Linen/towels are provided).

Please note: there are NO timeshare package holidays. We rent on behalf of owners who determine and guide us with pricing.
